What to Serve with Your Holiday Dinner

Johanna B. Kimball
Owner, Goshen Wine & Spirits Inc.

The holiday season brings to mind reunions of family and friends old and new.  These gatherings offer traditional foods, what I think of as comfort foods.  The wines served at these occasions should be equally as comfortable ... both for the palate and the pocketbook.  Most of us are hosting a crowd for these occasions.  A good wine does not need to be expensive.  Below are some wines we think you can enjoy through the holidays.  All of these wines have received high recommendations in national publications such as Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Consumer Reports, and the Dow Jones Wine Index.

Don't forget that our prices always include sales tax.  A 10 % discount is available for case lots be it a full or mixed case.  Although we do not disclose our prices on the website, we would be happy to let you know if you contact us (e-mail, phone, fax).  (Note:  Prices are disclosed in the newsletter.  If you would like to receive future newsletters, submit your name and address here.)
